Mayfair treats for mums-to-be

Former Black Eyed Peas frontwoman Fergie was recently spotted out and about in Mayfair, proudly showing off her growing baby bump. The child, which will be Fergie’s first with husband Josh Duhamel, isn’t due until summer. It seems that the couple were making the most of their existing free time with a visit to the prestigious Central London restaurant on Davies Street. A celebrity hotspot which serves up an array of traditional Italian feasts.

Prenatal pilates classes.

Mayfair is a great location for any mum-to-be – whether you’re looking to shop, exercise. Dine or simply pamper yourself, there are a number of exciting options in the area. If you want to stay in shape throughout your pregnancy, head to TenPilates on Hanover Square. A studio which offers prenatal pilates classes, specifically designed to help keep your body fit and healthy and prepare it for labour. Alternatively, if you want to stock up your nursery, try VUPbaby on Heddon Street. They have all sorts of adorable toys, clothes and feeding items.

Take the weight off your feet.

If all of that shopping and stretching has left you tired, why not take the weight off your feet. Or invest in a top quality pedicure at Top One Hair and Beauty. As an expectant mother, it’s important to maintain good nutrition too. Like Fergie, you could also indulge in a visit to one of Mayfair’s many exclusive restaurants during your trip. No matter how you choose to spend your time in Mayfair, you’ll leave feeling like a yummy mummy from head to toe.
