Leather goods are one of Mayfair’s oldest trades. The houses along Bond Street and Mount Street sell handbags, luggage, briefcases and small leather goods, and several still operate workshops that will repair a piece bought forty years ago.
The range runs from established maisons with global distribution to smaller British makers producing in limited numbers. Bespoke commissioning is available at the specialist end, where hide selection, stitching and hardware are all specified individually.
