Wolf and Badger in Mayfair have just seen an exciting addition to their jewellery ranges, both online and in store. Scandinavian jewellery designer Kristjan Eyjolfsson’s collections, ‘Embrace, ‘On The Rocks’ and ‘Vikingur’ are now available. It’s the young designer’s first retail presence in London and a continuation of Wolf and Badger’s commitment to championing up and coming new designers.
The Scandinavian designer believes in sustainability and his work reflects this, with pieces crafted from ethically-sourced gemstones and recycled precious metals. He explains, “My ethos is to produce customisable collections made from the most sustainable materials I can source. In this way, I offer customers a jewellery experience where they play an active role in the creation of jewellery that is truly theirs and that nourishes a connection to ecological responsibility.”
Up and coming talent.
Kristjan is one of ten IJL Kickstarters for 2014 and the mentoring scheme, supported by the British Jewellers Association and International Jewellery London. He is sure to ignite interest in his work from the general public and the jewellery industry.
Browse his stunning collections and discover pieces such as his Medium Embrace Centre Ring online or if you’re in Mayfair. Head for Wolf and Badger’s store at 32 Dover Street where you’ll find all three collections.
