Mayfair is a classic and elegant London location. It is known more for its famous clientele and designer shops that its animal population. However, the district recently played host to a furrier visitor than usual, in the shape of a celebrity dog named Bert.

Comedian and television personality David Walliams and his model wife Lara Stone recently brought their pet pup Bert to dinner. At Mayfair’s exclusive Scott’s fish restaurant on Mount Street. This is not the first time Bert has attended a meal at the establishment. He came along for another evening in March of this year. The trio are said to have dined outside, and Bert left the restaurant in Lara’s arms, with David toting a bag of his toys.

It seems that Mayfair businesses are becoming increasingly accommodating towards the canine inhabitants of the area. Prestigious hotel The Chesterfield openly approve of guests with pets, and even offers special services for them. Including dog sitting and walking, dog beds in a variety of sizes. They also a goodie bags containing treats, toys and clean up bags. Flemings Hotel in Mayfair also welcomes well behaved canine visitors. They go as far as to offer doggy spa services and ‘walkies’ in nearby Green Park.
