Dine in the sky on Park Lane

Park Lane is located in Mayfair London and is home to a number of prestigious restaurants, known for serving up delicious cuisine. Decadent drinks and a fantastic ambience for clients of all tastes. However, there’s one establishment in the area that really stands out from the crowd – by floating high above it.

An incredible view of the City.

Galvin at Windows is a Michelin starred restaurant situated on the 28th floor of the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane. Offering diners an incredible view of the City, Hyde Park and Buckingham Palace from its towering location. Whilst the views are both diverse and breath-taking in equal measures, the restaurant doesn’t just offer guests a feast for the eyes.

A bar for after-dinner drinks.

They serve up a range of modern dishes, including roasted Pollock, beer-braised ox cheek and celeriac and chestnut. All were presented with the utmost care and attention to detail. There’s even a bar for after-dinner drinks, serving unique cocktails.  Like ‘Galvin’s Garden’ (Bloom gin with cucumber and apple juice) and ‘Women in Love’ (blackberry and raspberry puree with Pimms and Archers Liqueur).

Experiencing dining in the sky.

With quirky 1930’s décor, excellent service and Head Chef Andre Garrett at the helm. This is one dining experience that no Mayfair resident or visitor can afford to miss out on. Why not book a table at Galvin at Windows and experience dining in the sky for yourself?
