Mayfair's finest establishments

Essex meets Mayfair

Essex and Mayfair may be more than 50 miles apart, but the two worlds collided earlier last week when the stars of reality TV show The Only Way is Essex paid a visit to London’s prestigious quarter.

A glamorous look for their evening out.

Lauren Pope, 29, and friend and co-star Chloe Sims, 31, headed to the centre of the capital for a meal in popular sushi eatery Nobu. Both women went for a glamorous look for their evening out, with oversized clutch bags and dark, smoky make up. Chloe was dressed in a form fitting black dress with gold embellishment around the neckline, whilst Lauren opted for a top and trouser combo with delicate mesh detailing.

Choosing a dinner destination.

The girls chose the right spot to get noticed when choosing a dinner destination. Nobu is one of the most popular celebrity dining spots in the city, and counts stars as diverse as Kate Moss, Cheryl Cole, Naomi Campbell and Elton John as part of its fan base. Located in the heart of chic Berkeley Square, Nobu attracts big names from across the globe – no doubt thanks to its delicious menu options, which include seafood pasta, fresh oysters and expertly prepared sashimi and tempura.

Exciting independent restaurants.

However, there are a whole host of other exciting independent restaurants in Mayfair too – if you’re in the area and looking for a bite to eat, why not check out our directory.
