Josie, 28, previously weighed almost 17 stone, but since giving up sugar and investing time and effort into a rigorous exercise routine. She has dropped from a size 20 to a size 10 and looked amazing as she shimmied into the Millennium Hotel London Mayfair wearing a glittering gold gown.

Weight issues were not just physical.

Josie claims that her weight issues were not just physical, and says that she had to tackle her emotions as well as implementing a new healthy lifestyle. “My diet had a lot to do with causing emotional issues. I was so depressed that I couldn’t sleep properly, but exercise broke the whole habit.”
