Hollywood actor to work in Mayfair store

Hollywood actor James Franco, star of blockbusters including 127 Hours and Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Is going to be working in a pop up shop in Mayfair over the festive shopping season. In order to raise money for south London art gallery Studio Voltaire. The store that Franco will staff, House of Voltaire, opens on 21st November. They will stock goods designed by popular artists including Mark Titchner and Pablo Bronstein. From woollen blankets and silk scarves to unique photographic works.

A wonderful opportunity to raise money.

Joe Scotland, director of Studio Voltaire, commented. “We are really excited to be opening a temporary outpost in the heart of Mayfair again. House of Voltaire is a wonderful opportunity to raise money for Studio Voltaire’s artistic community and public programmes.”

They hope the venture will raise plenty of funds.

Studio Voltaire is a prominent independent art project which “creates a space for thinking. Experimentation and reflection throughout its exhibition, education and studio programmes.” It is hoped that the House of Voltaire venture will raise plenty of funds. To keep the organisation running over the coming year and beyond.
