A new pizza parlour for Mayfair

James Robson, the owner of successful local brasserie Mews of Mayfair. He has taken over popular restaurant Rocket on Lancashire Court and transformed it into a contemporary pizza parlour. The new offering, which has been renamed as Mayfair Pizza Co., will be serving up a range of delicious dishes. Chosen for Mayfair based patrons to enjoy, themed around the style of cuisine that previous outlet Rocket was renowned for.

Expect to find old favourites.

“Rocket was very popular for its pizza and it seemed sensible to carry on its legacy,” James explained. His menu reflects this – visitors to the new establishment can expect to find old favourites. Like mozzarella, tomato and basil and spicy sausage alongside more unusual concoctions. like pancetta and goats cheese, and the signature Bianca pizza, which features truffle and porcini mushrooms.

Plenty of other options.

However, for people who aren’t big fans of pizza, there are still plenty of other options to enjoy at the Mayfair Pizza Co. From the chef’s salad. With dolcelatte, pears and aubergine caponata, to the baked cod fillet with almond crust and zucchini.
