Sackville Street

Sackville Street is off Piccadilly in the exclusive area of Mayfair, a chic area of Central London. The nearest tube station to Sackville Street is 'Piccadilly Circus' which is only a few minutes walk away.

The site of Sackville Street, Albany and Burlington House was formerly known as Stone Conduit Close, and until its surrender to the Crown in 1536 it belonged to the Abbot and Convent of Abingdon.

Stuart Lamprell

Bespoke tailoring by Stuart Lamprell is a truly personal craft, for men who value truly individual style. It is Stuart himself who advises and consults on the initial choice of cloth and style, and who then cuts, assembles, and fits the finished product himself, offering a level of one-on-one service and flexibility and a painstaking attention to detail that larger enterprises just can’t match.

Meyer and Mortimer Ltd

Our earliest records show the company in existence in the late 1700’s. Jonathan Meyer, a tailor from Austria, established a tailoring and military outfitting business at 36 Conduit Street in the late eighteenth century, but Meyer and Mortimer’s origins lie partly in Scotland. Whilst Meyer was becoming established in London, the Mortimer family in Edinburgh were specialising in military outfitting.
