Madigan Browne is a relatively new practice formed by a team of Highly Experienced Architects and Designers. The four senior staff can offer expert advice in all aspects of the design and procurement process for both new build projects and work to existing buildings. We have undertaken projects all over the South East and beyond but are particularly experienced in dealing with difficult planning applications in central London, often in relation to historic and listed buildings in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Camden. Our work is mainly in the high-end residential market, both private and for developers but we also specialise in hotels, bars and commercial properties.
As a practice we do not tend to have a specific house-style, preferring to take a pragmatic approach to each project. This enables us to get the most from the site by applying modern design principles with a contextual approach where appropriate to maximise planning gain and get the best possible consents for our clients.
As well as the initial design and planning stage, we can also take care of all further detailed design, specification and production of documentation for tender and construction. We pride ourselves in a ‘can-do’ attitude and really like to get deeply involved with the construction phase to ensure our designs are delivered to the highest possible standards. Above all else we strive to give our clients the best possible service, tailored to their needs to make the whole process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
